At Vita Derma LLC, we prioritize product safety, hygiene, and customer satisfaction. To ensure the highest standards of product integrity, the following Exchange, Return, and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through our website.

1. No Exchange or Return for Opened Products

For hygiene and product safety reasons:

  • We cannot accept any returns or exchanges of opened, used, or unsealed products.
  • Skincare and cosmetic products must remain sealed and in their original condition to qualify for an exchange.

2. Exchange Due to Mistake in the Order

You may request an exchange only if:

  • You received the wrong product due to an error on our part,
  • The product is unopened, unused, and still sealed in its original packaging.

If you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been delivered.

  • If the order is still being prepared or is out for delivery but not yet received, cancellation is allowed.
  • Once the delivery is completed, the order cannot be cancelled.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds Are Eligible Only For:

  • Mistake in the order: If we shipped the wrong product and it is unopened, you may receive a refund or an exchange.
  • Order cancellation before delivery: If your order is cancelled before delivery is completed, a refund will be issued.

Refunds Are Not Eligible For:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Delays caused by courier services

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
